If you have been diagnosed with one of the asbestos related diseases mentioned above (apart from pleural plaques) you will be entitled to compensation provided we can prove your employers were to blame.

If you have breathed in asbestos dust at work in the last 40 years without being given proper protective equipment your employer will certainly be at fault. If it was more than 40 years ago you will still have a good case if you were exposed to a lot of dust.
